Before you buy

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

No. Every Instant File Co template works on the free Notion plan. We tested every one.

What exactly do I get when I buy?

You get an email with a branded PDF within 60 seconds of checkout. The PDF has a gold button that duplicates the Notion template into your workspace in one click. You also get setup instructions, troubleshooting, and license terms inside the PDF.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time. No subscriptions, no recurring charges, no "freemium" trial that converts. You buy it, you own it.

Are updates included?

Yes. Every template includes lifetime updates. When we ship a new version, you get the duplicate link by email.

Can I customize the templates?

Yes. Once a template is in your Notion workspace, it's yours — add properties, rename databases, change views, restructure anything. You just can't resell the template itself.

Can I use the templates for my team?

The templates are designed for one operator. Team use is possible but isn't what they're built for. If you need a team-scale solution, email Craig before buying.

Are these built by Craig himself?

Yes. Every template ships as the system Craig uses to run his own brands (Rover Ready Co and Ocevelle on Shopify). The exception is The Photographer's Studio HQ — Craig isn't a photographer, but the systems thinking is the same and the template was validated with working photographers before launch.

After you buy

How do I access the template?

Check your inbox within 60 seconds of purchase. You'll get a PDF from Instant File Co. Open it, click the gold button labeled "Open Your Template," and the template will load into your Notion workspace.

I didn't get the email. What now?

First check spam and promotions folders. If it's not there within 5 minutes, email craig@instantfileco.com with your order number — we'll resend access within one business day.

The duplicate button won't open the template.

The most common cause: you're not logged into Notion. Sign up for free at notion.so and click the button again. If that still doesn't work, send the order number to craig@instantfileco.com and we'll send a direct duplicate link.

I'm new to Notion. Will I be able to use this?

Yes. Every template is built to work on day one without prior Notion experience. The structure, relations, and formulas are all pre-built. Your job is to plug in your data, not learn Notion architecture.

What's your refund policy?

14-day refund as long as you haven't duplicated the template into your Notion workspace yet. Because every template is a digital file you keep forever the moment you duplicate it, we can't take it back after that point. If you change your mind before duplicating, email craig@instantfileco.com with your order number for a full refund — no hoops. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

Will there be more templates?

Yes. We ship a new template roughly every 4–6 weeks. The lineup focuses on operator-grade systems for freelancers, small store owners, and creative professionals. Buyers of existing templates get early access to new releases.

Can I request a custom template?

Yes, in limited quantities. Email craig@instantfileco.com with a short description of what you need. We take on 2–3 custom builds per quarter.
